The brief

A one-page website for Bike Shower in Athens that shows the work, states the prices plainly and leads every visitor to a booking.

The challenge

Motorcycle care is judged by the detail, and riders want to see it before they trust anyone with their bike. They also need to know what each service includes, what it costs and when they can come in.

The approach

We put the whole story on one page: the film of the workshop, the prices, the services with their photographs, the before and after comparisons and, at the end, the booking calendar. Every booking button leads to it. Later we moved the website from Framer to custom code, keeping its look.

The home page, top to bottom

The same page on a computer and on a phone.

01Prices

What it includes, before the price.

The “What we offer” section has four cards, from the detailed wash to the ceramic coating. Each card has a photograph, a title, a description, the list “Included” with orange ticks and the price at the bottom. A wide card for header polishing follows, with a price for each number of exhaust headers.

  • The first card opens with an arrow and gives the price for three kinds of vehicle
  • Each list shows which of the other services are included
  • On a phone the cards sit one under the other

02Services

Six services, one over the other.

Under the heading “A complete wash by hand.” six blocks explain the services, from the detailed wash to header polishing. Each has photographs that change by themselves, its title in an orange outline and a text. On a computer the section heading stays in place and each service rises over the one before.

  • The photograph and the text change sides from one service to the next
  • Every service is a link to the booking calendar
  • On a computer, over each service the pointer reads “Book an appointment”

03Photographs

Before and after, in one photograph.

The “Photographs” section shows twelve comparisons. In each, the same bike before and after its wash is divided by a line carrying the logo, which the visitor drags to see more of one or the other. The orange arrows bring the next comparison.

  • The labels “Before” and “After” in the two top corners
  • A counter shows which of the twelve comparisons is on screen
  • The hint “Drag to compare” hides after a few seconds

04Booking

The day and the time, on the same page.

Before the calendar, the section “We look forward to seeing you in person!” shows a motorcycle in front of an orange hexagon. The booking calendar follows, inside the page: the one-hour appointment with the address, the month with the free days and the times of the chosen day.

  • The duration, the address and the time zone at the top left
  • A switch shows the times in the 12-hour or the 24-hour format
  • On a phone the times sit under the month

On a phone

Same character. A different rhythm.

On a phone the menu becomes a button with three lines and the film of the first screen has a vertical version of its own. The price cards and the services sit one under the other, with the photograph above the text, and the calendar spreads across the full width.

Colours

The orange of the logo, on black.

Black holds the film, the services, the photographs and the calendar, while a light grey gives room to the story, the reasons and the invitation. The orange of the logo marks every button, the small labels above the headings and the outlines of the service titles. Hexagons recur across the page: in the figures of the story, behind every service and behind the motorcycle of the invitation.
